Helicoidal thread inserts, commonly known as helicoils, reinforce the thread in low shear strength materials, such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, etc. They also allow recovering a damaged thread to its initial size 

Our free running Helicoils are always available for immediate delivery in stainless steel 

- in metric sizes from M2 to M22 

- or in inches (UNC, UNF)

On request thread inserts can also be supplied in larger sizes, in other materials (AISI 316, Inconel, silver Inconel, Bronze), in special versions (BSP, BSW, NPT) and also Tangless

Ensat self-tapping inserts are internally and externally threaded bushes with tapping feature. They are applied to metallic materials with low shear resistance, such as aluminium, aluminum and magnesium alloys. They are self-tapping, fitting into properly sized holes without the need for tapping. Ensat bushes are used both to reinforce threads and repair damaged threads 

We offer following types of self-tapping inserts: 

- with tapping slots (Ensat 302) 

- with tapping holes short version (Ensat 307) 

- with tapping holes long version (Ensat 308) 

They are available for immediate delivery: 

- in metric sizes M3 - M12 (larger sizes on request) 

- and materials zinc-plated Galvanized steel, Stainless steel, Brass and AISI 316 (on request) 

The installation takes place using manual or machine installation tools available in the shop

Keenest inserts are internally and externally threaded bushes with locking keys.

Keenserts are extremely robust, have high resistance to rotation and extraction, a very precise thread and are easy to install and remove. They are widely used in sectors such as mechanics or precision engineering, aeronautics and aerospace on light alloys, steel or cast iron. They can also be used in damaged threads in expensive components.

They are available in the following versions:

- Micro, Light duty, Heavy duty series

- Free running or Screw locking

- in Stainless steel AISI303 or phosphated steel

- in Metric sizes M4 - M24 (MF, UNC, UNF available by request)

Coiled spring pins otherwise known as Spiral pins, Coil pins, Roll pins or simply Spring pins are self-retaining fasteners representing a simple and economical system for connecting various mechanical parts, constituting the pivot for fastening or rotating parts of a mechanism.  

Spirol coiled spring pins are an evolution of classic slotted pins, offering important advantages. They are the only press-fit pins designed to remain flexible after installation.They are shock-absorbing, when stressed, they do not break but close and expand always maintaining perfect contact with the holes in the coupled elements. The absence of longitudinal cuts, typical of other elastic pins, not only eliminates a point of weakness but also facilitates automated assembly. In addition, once removed from their position, the pins regain their original dimensions in full, allowing them to be reused. 

Coiled spring pins can be also used in brittle materials and thin walls, or in holes that are not perfectly cylindrical. 

They can be supplied in diameters from 0.8mm to 20mm and with lengths from 4mm to 120mm in the following types and materials: 

- Standard duty (ISO 8750, DIN 7343, UNI 6875), Heavy duty (ISO 8748, DIN 7344, UNI 6876) and Light duty (ISO 8751, DIN 7343, UNI 6875), allowing to select the right combination of strength, flexibility and diameter to suit different host materials, strength requirements and loading types

- Made of C67S carbon steel (HV420-545); in AISI 420 chrome stainless steel (HV460-560); in AISI 304 nickel stainless steel (hardened HV120 approx.); in SAE 6150H chrome vanadium steel (HV 423-544)
