Returns and refunds policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We do our best to prepare your order with the utmost care. However, it may happen that some items arrive in poor condition. If the item is defective (for example, the product is damaged) or does not match the order, please contact us to describe the anomaly.
 

The items can be returned, subject to written authorisation from Intense srl, in two cases:

- the item does not correspond or no longer corresponds to your expectations (exercise your right of withdrawal, article 8, General Conditions of Sale)
- the item is defective or does not correspond to the order (this is the quality guarantee).

In both cases, contact info@intense-shop.it to get approval of the return and agree on the return methods.

To be collected, the items must remain unused and have to be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The return must take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.

The shipping cost for returning the material is your responsibility (with the exception of returns for "quality guarantee", when it's responsibility of Intense srl). The goods must be returned to Intense srl via Novara 1, Cernusco sul Naviglio, 20063, MI, Italy. The package will travel at your risk.
 

Intense srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns or returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. If the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy and General Conditions of Sale Intense srl will not accept the returned goods and they will be returned to the original sender's address. We have the right to reduce the refund amount in the event of a decrease in the value of the goods, where this is the result of inappropriate handling by the client.

The price will be refunded to you within 14 days of receiving the goods. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. In any case, the client will not incur any fees for the refund. Depending upon your bank, it may take up to 30 days from the refund date for the credit to become visible on your credit card or account statement.
