What personal information does INTENSE collect?

INTENSE collects personal information when it is provided directly by the user or through the use of our website www.intense-shop.it, for example:

  • Information about you and the company you work for when you create an account on our site. This may include your name and contact details, your company name and details, information about your role at the company and how you found out about the site.

  • Transaction, billing and delivery information, if you have purchased a product or contracted for one of our solutions or services.

  • A record of your interactions with us, such as sending us feedback via email about our website, requesting technical clarification, reporting a problem, or otherwise. Please note that in the case of telephone calls, the conversation may be recorded for legal compliance purposes or for quality assessment or staff training purposes.

  • We may also record some details about how our website is used, such as the website you previously visited or go to next, your unique device ID, IP addresses and operating system, ad clicks advertising, products searched for, products purchased and information downloaded. Marketing emails sent may also automatically detect whether the email has been received or opened, and whether a link in marketing materials has been used. We use this information to measure our performance but also to personalise our promotional messages and advertisements.

How does INTENSE use personal information?

Depending on how you use Intense Shop, your interactions and the permissions you provide, we will use your personal information for the purposes described below:

Our processing of personal information is based on the following legal grounds under data protection law:

  • Because data processing is necessary to enforce a contract with you or take preliminary steps necessary to enforce a contract (for example, if you have made a purchase, we use your personal data to process the payment and fulfill the order).

  • Because it is in the legitimate interest of INTENSE and the user's company, when the user places orders on behalf of the company.

  • Because we have obtained your consent, such as when you contacted us with a question, when optional information was added to your account profile, and if you agreed to receive marketing materials.
