General conditions of sale


These conditions are valid exclusively between the company Intense srl, with registered office in Via Novara 1 20063 Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) Italy, REA MI-1487337, VAT number 11660140150, hereinafter referred to as ''INTENSE'' and any person who make online purchases on the website, hereinafter referred to as ''CUSTOMER''. These conditions may be subject to changes and the date of their publication on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.
These conditions govern purchases made on the website, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005, modified by Legislative Decree n. 21/2014 and by Legislative Decree 70/2003 regarding electronic commerce.


ARTICLE 1 - Subject of the contract

With these General Conditions of Sale, INTENSE sells and the CUSTOMER remotely purchases the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the website

The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by the CUSTOMER accessing the address and placing a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.

The CUSTOMER is responsible to read these General Conditions of Sale before confirming his order. In particular the pre-contractual information provided by INTENSE is accepted by placing a flag in the indicated box at checkout.


ARTICLE 2 - Pre-contractual information for the consumer - art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005

Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER chooses the products and examines the characteristics of the goods provided in the individual product sheets.

Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the validation of the order with "payment obligation", the CUSTOMER is informed regarding:

- total price of the goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;

- terms of payment;

- the deadline within which INTENSE undertakes to deliver the goods;

- conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (article 8 of these conditions) as well as the standard withdrawal form referred to in Annex I, part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014;

- information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal;

- existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for the purchased goods (article 9 of these conditions).

ARTICLE 3 - Conclusion and bringing the contract into force

The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by INTENSE to the CUSTOMER of an order confirmation email. The email contains the CUSTOMER's data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent.

The CUSTOMER is responsible to verify the correctness of the personal data contained therein and to promptly communicate any corrections to INTENSE.

INTENSE is responsible to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nonetheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product may appear. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative.

INTENSE undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of sending the order confirmation email to the CUSTOMER.

ARTICLE 4 - Products availability

Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed.

Even after sending the order confirmation email sent by INTENSE, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected with the elimination of the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed via e-mail.

If the CUSTOMER requests cancellation of the order, terminating the contract, INTENSE will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day on which INTENSE became aware of the CUSTOMER's decision to terminate the contract.


ARTICLE 5 - Terms of payment

Any payment by the CUSTOMER can only be made by means of the credit cards indicated on the website or by bank transfer or finally by cash in case of collection at our warehouse.


ARTICLE 6 - Prices

All sales prices of the products indicated on the website are expressed in Euros and are exclusive of VAT.

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before making the payment.

The CUSTOMER accepts INTENSE's right to modify its prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of creation of the order and indicated in the confirmation email sent by INTENSE to the CUSTOMER.

In the event of a manual, technical or any other type of error that could lead to a substantial change, not foreseen by INTENSE, in the public sale price, which makes it exorbitant or clearly negligible, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days. from the day of cancellation.


ARTICLE 7 - Risk and ownership transfer

Ownership of the goods passes to the CUSTOMER when the goods are handed over to the carrier for delivery to the CUSTOMER's home or to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order. The goods travel in any case at the risk and peril of the CUSTOMER, it being agreed that each shipment is carried out on the specific assignment and account of the CUSTOMER and that, therefore, INTENSE is exempted from any liability with the delivery of the same to the carrier or to the CUSTOMER in the case in which the latter decides to collect the goods personally or through his representative.


ARTICLE 8 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.


The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate this to INTENSE via explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered mail or by writing an email to requesting creation of an IT return procedure.

The CUSTOMER may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively transmit the standard withdrawal form, referred to in Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory) the text of which is given below:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to INTENSE his wish to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The direct costs of returning the products are responsibility of CUSTOMER.

The goods must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were sent, intact, in the original packaging, with labels and tags intact and not removed from the item, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals , cables, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation. INTENSE keeps the right to verify compliance with the above. INTENSE will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal including any shipping costs within a maximum period of 14 days.

As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, INTENSE may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods.

INTENSE will carry out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the CUSTOMER intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide INTENSE with the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for INTENSE to carry out the refund.

ATTENTION: The cases reported in article 11 of these General Conditions of Sale are excluded from the right of withdrawal.


ARTICLE 9 - Legal guarantee of conformity

Each product distributed by INTENSE is supplied with the Official Manufacturer's Warranty in the terms indicated by Italian law and is valid for products purchased and used within the territory of the European Community.


In the event of receipt of products that do not conform to the order or are defective, the CUSTOMER has the right to have the conformity of the product restored free of charge by repairing or replacing the product. Subsequently, the CUSTOMER must proceed with the return request by sending an email to


In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, INTENSE will, at its own expense, organise the collection of the product, according to the CUSTOMER's availability.

The warranty never covers nor damage to the products caused by its improper use, nor any damage caused by the products to third parties or to third partie's property or objects.


ARTICLE 10 - Delivery methods

The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER when placing the order, no later than 30 days from the date of order confirmation email sent by INTENSE to CUSTOMER.

For each order placed on the INTENSE website, INTENSE issues a payment receipt for the goods shipped. The payment receipt is available and printable, after the order has been processed, in the "My orders" section of the CUSTOMER's "My account" space. The payment receipt will contain the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase procedure. After the payment receipt has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in it.


ARTICLE 11 – Force majeure

INTENSE does not assume any responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions or disservices of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract.

ARTICLE 12 – Limitation of Liability

These General Conditions of Sale outline the entire scope of responsibility of INTENSE regarding the articles, with the exclusion of any other guarantee, condition and term, express or implied, established by law, also with reference to the quality or suitability of the articles for specific uses, without prejudice, however, to those guarantees which, by law, cannot be derogated from, with particular reference to the provisions of article 1229 of the civil code and regarding liability for damage from defective products and consumer protection.

Under no circumstances will INTENSE be liable for loss of profit or any indirect damage incurred by the CUSTOMER due to a fact, act or omission attributable to INTENSE pursuant to these General Conditions of Sale or in any case in relation to the sale which is the subject of the same. The applications described in the data sheets in the Catalog and the combination of components for their creation do not represent the only possible technical solution. INTENSE assumes no responsibility for the correct functioning of these applications, nor for their compliance with the specific purposes for which they may be intended.


ARTICLE 13 - Access to the site

The CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, especially commercial, of the site or its contents is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether audio or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of INTENSE and are protected by intellectual property rights.


ARTICLE 14 - Cookies

The web site uses cookies. Cookies are electronic files that record information relating to the CUSTOMER's navigation on the site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation, etc.), which allow INTENSE to offer a personalised service to its customers.

INTENSE informs the CUSTOMER of the possibility of deactivating the creation of such files by accessing their Internet configuration menu. Deactivating cookies may prevent the CUSTOMER from proceeding with the online purchase.


ARTICLE 15 - Integrality

These General Conditions of Sale are made up of all the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale are considered invalid or declared as such pursuant to law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.


ARTICLE 16 - Applicable law and competent court

These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.

Any dispute that cannot find an amicable solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the CUSTOMER, if located in Italy.

In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these General Conditions of Sale.
