Le mandrin et son arbre de montage forment une seule unité, garantissant une excellente stabilité et une grande précision. Le cône est bruni et rectifié avec précision, offrant une précision de concentricité de 0,1 mm. Mors de serrage trempés assurant un maintien fiable.

 

Grâce à la haute précision de chacun de ses composants, ce mandrin offre une très longue durée de vie.

Il convient aux opérations industrielles de perçage, fraisurage, alésage et fraisage de finition léger, et peut être utilisé sur des centres d'usinage, tours, perceuses et fraiseuses.

The chuck and mounting shank form a single unit, ensuring high stability and precision. The taper is burnished and precision ground and has a concentricity accuracy of 0.1 mm. Hardened clamping jaws for a secure grip.
