  • Es la herramienta de instalación para insertos roscados sin tetón de arrastre, Tangless, para uso tanto manual como eléctrico.
  • El acoplamiento de ¼ permite su uso con un atornillador, para acelerar la inserción.
  • El anillo tope permite ajustar el final de carrera y, en caso de uso con un atornillador dedicado, el desenroscado automático de la herramienta del inserto.
  • Está equipado con una lengüeta intercambiable; en caso de rotura, solo se sustituye la pieza de repuesto.
  • Existen 2 variantes de esta herramienta: para insertos normales (free running) y para insertos autoblocantes (screwlocking).

DOCUMENTACIÓN

Modo de uso:
Enroscar el inserto roscado Tangless en la varilla roscada de la herramienta de instalación, hasta que la muesca de esta última enganche el inserto en la ranura final.
Girar el aparato de instalación introduciendo el inserto en el orificio previamente roscado con el macho específico para insertos roscados, hasta que el collar de tope, previamente ajustado, determine el final del recorrido.

Desenroscar finalmente la varilla roscada de la herramienta del inserto.


Utilizando un atornillador con regulación de velocidad y par, y con retorno automático, será posible acelerar considerablemente la operación de instalación del inserto Tangless.

    How to use:
    Screw the Tangless thread insert onto the threaded rod of the installation tool until the notch of the latter hooks the thread onto the terminal groove.
    Rotate the installation tool by placing the thread into the tapped hole until stop jar adjusted previously determines the end of the stroke.
    Finally, unscrew the threaded rod of the tool from the thread.

    By equipping yourself with a screwdriver with speed, torque adjustment and with automatic return, it will be possible to significantly speed up the installation operation of the Tangless thread inserts
