7 Bohrer aus HSSE für metrische Kernlöcher (Extreme-Bohrer für hochfeste Metalle und Edelstahl):
- 2,5mm (für Kernloch M3 x 0.5)  - 1 Stk.
- 3,3mm (für Kernloch M4 x 0.7)  - 1 Stk.
- 4,2mm (für Kernloch M5 x 0.8)  - 1 Stk.

EIGENSCHAFTEN:

  • Extreme-Spiralbohrer sind ideal zum Bohren eines präzisen Lochs in hochfesten Metallen. Die Spiralbohrer sind besonders stabil und aus kobaltlegiertem Hochleistungs-Schnellstahl HSSE gefertigt
  • Der hochlegierte Werkzeugstahl ermöglicht bis zu viermal höhere Schnittgeschwindigkeiten als herkömmlicher Werkzeugstahl. Durch die Kobaltlegierung (5%) ist das Material hitzebeständiger und hat eine höhere Härte als HSSG-Bohrer. Es behält seine Härte bis ca. 600-650 °C und ermöglicht Bohren mit extrem hoher Rundlaufgenauigkeit
  • Geeignet für Eisen, Stähle, Bronze bis 1300 N/mm², hochfeste CrNi-basierte Legierungen, rostbeständige Stähle, säurebeständige Stähle, hitzebeständige Stähle, Holz, Aluminium. Selbstverständlich ist das Bohren in Holz und Aluminium ebenfalls möglich
  • Die Schneidrichtung ist rechts und der Spitzenwinkel beträgt 118° (d < 2.9mm), 135° (d > 3mm)
  • DIN 338. Zylinderschaft. Spiralbohrer mit Zylinderschaft sind für den Einsatz in allen Bohrfuttern geeignet und besitzen ideale selbstzentrierende Eigenschaften
  • Diese Spiralbohrer werden hauptsächlich in der industriellen Fertigung eingesetzt. Sie können unter anderem in CNC-Maschinen, Säulenbohrmaschinen, Bohrpressen, Akku-Schraubern, Schlagbohrmaschinen und Bohrhämmern verwendet werden

CHARACTERISTICS:
  • Extreme twist drill bits are ideal for drilling a precise hole in high-resistant metals. The twist drill bits are particularly stable and made of cobalt-alloyed high-speed steel HSSE
  • The high-alloy tool steel allows up to four times higher cutting speeds than conventional tool steel. Due to the cobalt alloy (5%), the material is more heat-resistant and has a higher hardness than HSSG drills. It retains its hardness up to approx. 600-650 °C and allows to drill with extremely high runout accuracy
  • Suitable for iron, steels, bronze up to 1300 N/mm², high-strength CrNi-based alloys, rust-resistant steels, acid-resistant steels, heat-resistant steels, wood, aluminium. Of course, it's also possible to drill in wood and aluminium
  • The cutting direction is right and the point angle is 118° (d < 2.9mm), 135° (d > 3mm)
  • DIN 338. Cylindrical shank.Twist drill bits with cylindrical shank are suitable for use in all drill chucks and have ideal self-centring properties
